What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, 60-64 The Strand, London, WC2N 5LR. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 23:30 Monday to Thursday and from 23:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday; Opening Hours from 09:00 until 23:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday.

Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or via email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 17th December 2025 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
