NOTICE OF APPLICATION MADE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is given that Pellone 3.0 Limited, of 46 Nova Road, CR0 2TL has applied to the Hammersmith & Fulham Council for a Premises Licence at: 264 King Street, London, W6 0SP known as Pizzeria Pellone for the following:
The provision of recorded music (indoors) - Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 01:00
The provision of late night refreshment (indoors) - Monday to Sunday from 23:00 to 01:00
The supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) - Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 01:00
The hours the premises will be open to the public is as follows: Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 01:00
Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to FAO: Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Town Hall, King Street, London W6 9JU or licensing@lbhf.gov.uk to be received by 16th December 2025

Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
