Leonard’s Road - Application for a New Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

We SOPHIE GREY LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new premises licence at UNIT B1, St Leonard’s Road, London, NW10 6ST and known as The Old Torpedo Factory. The application is to permit - plays, films, live music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description, recorded music and sale of alcohol - Mondays to Sundays 08:00 until 02:00 day following and Late Night Refreshment 23:00 until 02:00 day following. For private events only and further as set out in the application. All on such terms and conditions as proposed or may be agreed.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk on or before 21st December 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.

A copy of the application can be viewed on the council’s website at: http://www.ealing.gov.uk/licences. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address. Anonymous representations will not be accepted.
