APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by EFENDI RD LIMITED to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Amigo Supermarket which are situated at 5-9 New Street, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 6LP.

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times: The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises - Monday to Sunday from 07:30hrs to 22:00hrs.

The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 8QR during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Monday 22nd December 2025.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
