What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as One Trick Pony Club, 93 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, West Midlands, B13 8DD applied to Birmingham City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:

1. To extend the start time for the sale of alcohol (on & off sales) to 08:00 hours Mondays to Sundays.

2. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol (on & off sales), films (indoors), indoor sporting events, live music (indoors) and performance of dance (indoors) Sundays to Thursdays to 00:00 hours and Fridays & Saturdays until 01:00 hours the following morning.

3. To add permission for late night refreshment Sundays to Thursdays to 00:00 hours and extend the terminal hour on Fridays & Saturdays to 01:00 hours the following morning.

4. To extend the opening hours of the premises Sundays to Thursdays 08:00 to 00:30 hours and Fridays & Saturdays 08:00 to 01:30 hours the following morning.

5. Additional and amended non-standard timings for notable days are also sought, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority.

6. To amend conditions of the licence in respect of notable days.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or via email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 22 December 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
