Notice is hereby given that We, Tori Nori Ltd, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Tori Nori, 102-104 Vicar Lane, Leeds, LS2 7NL. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on the premises:
Sale by retail of alcohol
11:30 – 23:30 Sunday to Thursday
11:30 – 00:30 Friday and Saturday
11:30 – 01:00 New Year’s Eve
Subject to the following terms
CCTV, Incident Register, Check 25
Performance of Recorded Music
11:30 – 23:30 Sunday to Thursday
11:30 – 01:00 Friday and Saturday
11:30 – 01:30 New Year’s Eve
Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 22nd December 2025 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
