What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that BDM pizza Ltd has applied to Wigan Council for a Premises License in respect of Picasso Pizzeria, Unit 2, Westward House, King Street West, Wigan, WN1 1LP.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and the provision of latenight refreshment during the following hours:
Alcohol Sales: Mon-Thu 16:00-23:00, Fri 16:00-02:00, Sat 16:00-05:00, Sun 16:00-23:00
Late-Night Refreshment: Fri 23:00-02:00, Sat 23:00-05:00
Non-standard timings: Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve until 05:00 hours.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Section, Wigan Council, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or by email to licensing@wigan.gov.uk no later than 17 December 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
