Higher Hutcherleigh, Blackawton - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
We, Carron Reese and Gemma Miriam Bush, do hereby give notice that on 28 November 2025, we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Premises Licence at Higher Hutcherleigh, Blackawton, TQ9 7AD.
The application is for:
Supply of alcohol off the premises:-
·Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.
· Sunday 10:00 to 15:00
The premises will not be open to the public.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .
Representations must be received NO LATER than 26 December 2025. A copy of the application can be viewed by e-mail request or at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
