NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

I, Patricia Murray, of NNN Retail Ltd, t/a Boutique by Nice & Naughty hereby give notice that on the 24th day of November 2025 we applied to Warrington Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the renewal of a licence to use the premises at, Unit 2, 66a Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1SB as a sex shop. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to Licensing Section, Public Protection & Prevention, Environment and Transport, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annexe, Warrington, WA1 1UH, no later than the 22nd day of December 2025. Warrington Borough Council may not without the consent of the objector reveal his name and address.
