NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Maryam Bakhtiara has applied to Oldham Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises located at: 181–183 Lees Road, Oldham, OL4 1JP. The application is to permit the following licensable activity: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Proposed hours: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00. A record of the application can be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Authority Offices, Oldham Council, or online via the council’s licensing register. Any person wishing to make a representation regarding this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Authority Oldham Council, Sir Robert Peacock House Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA. Email: licensing@oldham.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 01/01/2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons guilty of an offence are liable on summary conviction to a fine.
