Notice of application for a Variation to a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that GARDEN CAFE (LAKES) LTD have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as KING OF SIAM

Address: 5 Grosvenor Terrace, Bowness on Windermere LA23 3BS

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol from 10:00 to 23:30 hours, seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 11th December 2025 stating the grounds for the representation.
