Spinningfields Square - Application To Vary A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Itsu Limited in respect of Premises known as Its Unit A4, 1 Spinningfields Square, Manchester, M3 3AP applied to Manchester City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to approve alterations at the premises to include removal of stud walls, addition of fixed seating, removal of existing bar area changed to fixed seating, add new counters and customer service areas; removal of third entrance door due to changes in layout; back of house reconfiguration and customer toilets moved and reconfigured.
Such alterations to take effect upon the completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing.
There are no changes to the existing licensable activities, hours and conditions. N.B Upon the reasonable grant of this application our clients will be surrendering the existing Premises Licence, Itsu, 1 Hardman Boulevard, Manchester; Premises Licence No. 183228.

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.
