What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Red Rooster Newcastle Ltd is applying for a premises licence at Red Roosters, 18 Berkeley Crt, Borough Rd, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1TT for provision of late night refreshment. Mon 23:00-02:30, Tue-Thu 23:00-03:00, Fri-Sat 23:00-03:30, Sun 23:00-02:00.

Representations in writing to Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council, Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL or by email licensing@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk on or before 17/12/2025 and be relevant to the Licensing Act 2003 Objectives: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from Harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.

A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
