What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to London Borough of Enfield for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, 6 Chase Side, Southgate, London, N14 5PA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to Sunday. Opening Hours are to be 24 Hours Monday to Sunday. Please see the application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received by email to licensing@enfield.gov.uk no later than 17th December 2025, stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Enfield and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.enfield.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
