What is proposed?

Mr K Puvirasa has applied to Wirral Council for a new premises licence at Quick Shop, 90 Wallasey Village, Wirral CH45 3LQ to sell alcohol (for consumption off the premises) 0700-0000 hrs, and late night refreshment to 0000 hrs daily. The application can be viewed Mon-Fri 10:00-16:30 at Licensing, Wallasey Town Hall, PO Box 290, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH27 9FQ or online at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/la Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Office (at the address above) or by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk by 17/12/25.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should a false statement be made.
