Rydym ni Gyngor Sir Ddinbych yn rhoi rhybudd ein bod wedi gwneud cais i’r Awdurdod Trwyddedu (Cyngor Sir Ddinbych)

i amrywio ein Trwydded Eiddo

Ym Marchnad y Frenhines, Sussex Street, y Rhyl, Sir Ddinbych, LL18 1SE

a adnabyddir fel Marchnad y Frenhines / Queen’s Market

Mae’r cais hwn ar gyfer: Ymestyn oriau gweithredu o 23:00 i 01:00, i ymestyn perfformiadau dramâu, dangos ffilmiau, ddarpariaeth cerddoriaeth fyw, ddarpariaeth cerddoriaeth wedi’i recordio, perfformiad dawns a chyflenwi alcohol o’r amser gorffen presennol 23:00 i’r amser gorffen newydd, sef 01:00 dydd Llun i ddydd Sul. Ac ychwanegu darpariaeth Lluniaeth Hwyr y Nos 23:00 – 01:00 dydd Llun i ddydd Sul.

Gellir archwilio’r cais llawn trwy gysylltu ag Awdurdod Trwyddedu Cyngor Sir Ddinbych.

Gellir cyflwyno sylwadau rhwng 13-11-2025 a 10-12-2025.

Ni fydd sylwadau a dderbynnir ar ôl y dyddiad hwn yn cael eu hystyried.

LICENSING ACT 2003 – PUBLIC NOTICE

We Denbighshire County Council do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council)

for the variation of our Premises Licence

At Queen’s Market, Sussex Street, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 1SE

known as Marchnad y Frenhines / Queens Market

The application is to: To extend the hours of operation from 23:00 hrs to 01:00 hrs, to extend the Performance of plays, the exhibition of film, the provision of Live Music, the provision of Recorded music, the performance of dance and the Supply of alcohol from the current end time of 23:00 hrs to the new end time of 01:00 hrs Monday to Sunday. And to add the provision of Late Night Refreshment 23:00 hrs – 01:00 hrs Monday to Sunday.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority.

Representations can be made between 13-11-2025 to 10-12-2025.

Representations received after this date will not be considered.
