What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a

Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Unity Farm Holiday Centre Ltd has applied to Somerset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Festival Gardens Field opposite The Lido Entrance of Brean Leisure Park, Richard's Way, Brean, Burnham-On-Sea, TA8 2RB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of plays, films, family fun wrestling, live and recorded music, performance of dance, entertainment of a like kind and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from noon to 23:00 Mondays to Sundays with the field being open to the public for 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR or sent by email to licensing@sedgemoor.gov.uk no later than 12th December 2025 stating the grounds for representation. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available on our website: https://www.somerset.gov.uk/business-economy-and-licences/licensing/recent-licence-applications/. Alternatively, a copy is kept by: The Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
