LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Slavic Foods, 47A Crichton Avenue, York, North Yorkshire, YO30 6EF.
Notice is given that Sam Express (2025) Limited has applied to City of York Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Retail Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises, between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. every day.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, City of York Council, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by: Wednesday 10th December 2025. The application record and register may be viewed by prior appointment during normal office hours at the above address or by https://www.york.gov.uk/downloads/download/133/licensingapplications-register.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
