What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A BINGO PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Mecca Bingo Limited of the following address: TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 8BN is applying under section 187(1)(c) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence issued under the Gambling Act 2005.
The application relates to the following premises: Mecca Bingo, 46 Westwood Cross, Margate Road, Broadstairs, CT10 2BF.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application to extend the Amusements/Gaming Area. No other changes to be made.
The application for a variation of a Bingo Premises Licence has been made to the following licensing authority: Licensing Team, Thanet District Council, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent, CT9 1XZ - licensing@thanet.gov.uk.
Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application.
Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities;
A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities;
A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
