Margate Road - Application to Vary a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mecca Bingo Limited has applied to Thanet District Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of premises known as Mecca Bingo, 46 Westwood Cross, Margate Road, Broadstairs, CT10 2BF.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to extend the Amusements/Gaming Area. No other changes to be made.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Thanet District Council, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent, CT9 1XZ or by email to licensing@thanet.gov.uk, no later than 16 December 2025 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Thanet District Council, and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council’s website – www.thanet.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
