I: Ronald Rothwell Of: Attic Media (Midlands) Limited hereby give notice that I/we have applied to Derby City Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex cinema/sex encounter establishment

OBJECTIONS

Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of his/her objection to The Licensing Team Communities Environment and Regulatory Services Derby City Council The Council House Corporation Street Derby DE1 2FS within 28 day of the date of this notice. Objectors must state the general grounds of their objections. The Council will not reveal the names of objectors without their consent.
