Vauxhall Road - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?

Mr K Ravichandran has applied to vary the premises licence at Wine and Spirits KSP Ltd, Marybone, 6-8 Vauxhall Road, Liverpool L3 2BG to allow alcohol sales (for consumption off the premises) 0800 to 0400 hrs daily, and late night refreshment to 0500 hours daily.
The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water Street, L3 1AH
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR.
Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 19/12/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
