NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that we, GABA & SONS PVT LTD have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: 23-27 West Road, Annfield Plain, Stanley, Durham, DH9 7XA
For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:
Sale by retail of alcohol (off sales only) 06.00 until 23:00 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DHT 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
