APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been
made to Lewes District Council by Jathursana
Loganathan for a new Premises Licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as:
Bond Food Market, 4 Alfriston Road, Seaford
BN25 3PX For the following licensable activities:
The sale of alcohol for consumption off the
premises 06:00 hours to 23:00 hours each day.
Any person who desires to make a representation
to the grant should send a brief written statement
of the grounds of his/her objection to

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum penalty for which a person is liable
on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
