Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence (Section 34 of the Act)

Name of applicant: Mr Justin Thomas Name & Address of premises: The Stripey Oss, 9 the arcade, Upper Gornal, Dudley DY3 2DA Briefly describe the proposed variation from the existing Licence or Certificate. To allow the premises to open earlier Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays to start from 9am each of the days (Opening hours and the sale of alcohol). The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays).  Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 20/11/2025 – 17/12/2025 to Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services – Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
