LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence to be granted

Smash 44, 101 Meadow Street, Preston PR1 1TS I, Mamyan Group Limited hereby give notice that I have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises. The licence is to allow the following Licensable Activity: LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT: Mon-Thu 23:00 to 02:00 Fri-Sun 23:00 to 03:00 The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 2RL during normal office hours or at www.preston.gov.uk Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 17 DECEMBER 2025 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
