Notice of Application for a Premises Licence made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Please take notice that America Street Ltd has made an application to Southwark Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of Arch 37, America Street, Southwark, SE1 0NJ.

The relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on, or from the premises are:
Sale of alcohol by retail: Sunday to Wednesday 11am 11pm Thursday to Saturday 11am 1am
Provision of regulated entertainment: Sunday to Wednesday 4pm 11pm Thursday to Saturday 4pm 1am
Provision of late night refreshment: Thursday to Saturday 11pm 1am
Opening hours: Sunday to Wednesday 11am 11pm Thursday to Saturday 11am 1am

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via licensing@southwark.gov.uk) and be received by the Licensing Unit by 1 December 2025.  It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.  A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
