Application For A New Premises Licence

I Mr. Ritesh Shah have Applied to: Dacorum Borough Council for a New Premises Licence for: Kings Langley Village Store, 8 High Street, Kings Langley, WD4 8BH. Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption:
Mon-Sun (07:00-22:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 11th December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1DN, or email: Iicensing@dacorum.gov.uk. The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or onIine at: www.dacorum.gov.uk/Iicensing. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is IiabIe on summary conviction for the offence is unIimited.
