Section 17 Licensing Act 2003; Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Thoulstone Pavilion Ltd have Applied to: Wiltshire Council for a New Premises Licence for: Thoulstone Pavilion, Thoulstone Park, Chapmanslade, Westbury BA13 4AQ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On and Off Premises consumption: Mon–Sun (11:00–22:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 10th December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8JN. OR email: publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premises-applications

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
