Notice Of Application For Grant Of A New Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Grocer Hut Ltd has applied to Cumberland Council for a Premises Licence at: Unit 2, Linton House, Carlisle, CA2 5TY, to allow the sale / supply of alcohol Sun – Sat, 08:00 - 23:00 Off Premises.

Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing not later than 14th December 2025 to: The Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Cumberland Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, CA3 8QG, or by emailing: licensing2@cumberland.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
