Notice is hereby given that Brewhouse & Kitchen Limited has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 14 November 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Brewhouse & Kitchen - Southbourne, 147 Parkwood Road, Bournemouth BH5 2BW to allow on and off sales of alcohol Sunday to Wednesday 07:00 to 00:00 and Thursday to Saturday 07:00 to 02:00; late night refreshment, live music, recorded music, showing of films and performance of dance Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 01:00 and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 03:00; opening hours Sunday to Wednesday 07:00 to 01:00 and Thursday to Saturday 07:00 to 03:00 and non-standard timings as stated in the application form.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 12 December 2025. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
