Application for a Premises Licence

Name of Applicant: Loungers UK Limited. Address: Lounge, 55 Cheap Street, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 3AX. Licensing Authority: Dorset Council. Licensing Authority Address: Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours).

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 1000 and 2400 daily for consumption on and off the premises.

2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily.

3. The provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 2300 and 0200 on New Years’ Eve.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 16 December 2025.

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
