NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Fortnum & Mason PLC has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 13 November 2025 to vary the premises licence at Fortnum & Mason, Kiosk 3B Canada Place, Canary Wharf, London, E14 so as to vary the hours for the sale of alcohol to commence at 09:00 Monday to Friday and terminate at 20:00 Monday to Friday and 19:00 Saturday, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 11 December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
