Notice is given that Civic State Ltd applied to Hackney Council to vary the premises licence at:

The Bath House, 80 Eastway, E9 5JH

In order to make the following variation to the licence: weeknights (Monday to Thursday): extend the terminal hour from 23:00 to 01:00, Fridays and Saturdays: extend the terminal hour from 00:00 to 04:00 the following morning, Sundays: extend the terminal hour from 22:30 to 00:00, New Year's Day: have licensable hours on January 1st from 00:00 to 04:00. The inclusion of off-sales, except after 23:00.

Proposed licensable activities include the sale of retail by alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment, and the provision of late night refreshment.

This notice will be displayed until: 11th December 2025.

The licence register listing details of the variation is held at the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY (Tel No. 020 8356 4970). Details are also available online at www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing 

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 1st December 2025.

Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm.

Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
