NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

The applicant proposes to carry on the following licensable activities on or from the above premises as follows: The premises will provide the sale of alcoholic from 5.00pm to 10.00 pm Tuesday to Saturday

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to; Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT or by email to; licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk

Requests to view the application must also be made in writing.

Representations in relation to the application from interested parties or responsible authorities must be made no later than: 16/12/ 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
