LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Georgina Robinson has applied to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as:
GR Estates After Hours, 9 High Street, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1SY
The proposed variation is as follows:
To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to:
Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 midnight
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
With extended alcohol hours on:
Bank Holidays, Good Friday, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day until 1:30 a.m. (closing at 2:00 a.m.).
Representations must be made in writing no later than: 12 December 2025
Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Stockton-on- Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton-on- Tees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ, between the hours of 9am and 4pm or on the website
