What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Gardeners Country Inn Hull Road Skirlaugh, Hull HU11 5AE.
It is proposed as follows:- Sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment (live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar) Monday – Sunday 11.00 – 02.00.
Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00 – 02.30.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of East Riding of Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority, Housing and Public Protection Division East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall Beverley Beverley HU17 9BA www.eastriding.gov.uk between normal office hours.
This application was lodged with East Riding of Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority on 19 November 2025 and any representations must be made in writing to East Riding of Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 17 December 2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
