APPLICATION FOR
ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE

I hereby give notice that application dated 24th November 2025 has been made Under
Article 3 and Schedule 1 of the above Order for the renewal of an Entertainment Licence
permitting dancing, singing, music or any entertainment of a like kind, theatrical
performances and any entertainment which consists of, or includes, any public contest,
match, exhibition or display at The Burnavon Arts Centre, Burn Road, Cookstown
BT80 8DN.
Representation in relation to the application may be made to Mid Ulster District Council,
by giving notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation,
not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
