I, Gemma Burns give notice that I have applied to North East Derbyshire District Council as Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence in respect of 44 Cherry Tree Drive, Killamarsh, Sheffield, S21 1AR
The application seeks toamend the following:
Sale of Alcohol (on/off the premises)
Monday – Friday 16:00 to 22:00
Saturday & Sunday 12:00 to 22:00
Recorded Music (Indoors)
Monday – Friday 16:00 to 22:00
Saturday & Sunday 12:00 to 22:00
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to Licesing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire, District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email
not later than 11th December 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
