What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE
VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE ISSUED
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that I, Birintha Ketheswaran,
have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to
S & S Convenience Store Units 2&3 Birchwood
Avenue, Rotherham, S62 7JP. The application
seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as
allow the sale of alcohol, for consumption off the
premises, on every day of the week between 6am
and 11pm.
It is open to any person to make representations to
the application. Representations, which can be for
