What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Café Oak has applied to Kettering Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Café Oak at 15 Queen Street, Geddington, Kettering, Northants NN14 1AZ. 
The proposed licensable activities are:  The sale of alcohol for consumption on premises Sunday  09:00 – 17:00, Tuesday to Saturday  09:00 – 22:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Team at North Northamptonshire Council, Regulatory Services Licensing Administration, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Road, Thrapston NN14 4LZ or via email

to licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk. 

The application can be viewed on the Council's online register at 

www.norththants.gov.uk or

by appointment at the address above during office hours. 
Representations must be received no later than 16/12/2025. 
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount (maximum fine currently unlimited, but previously up to £5,000).
