What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE
LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Serve Olive Lane Limited
has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in
respect of Unit E1, Olive Lane, Waverley,
Rotherham S60 8GA. The application seeks
consent to allow the Sale of Alcohol, for
consumption on and off the premises, on every day
of the week between 11am and 11pm.
It is open to any person to make representations to
the application. Representations, which can be for
or against the application, should be delivered to
the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main
Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk.

The last date for the
receipt of representations is18th December 2025.
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register
may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

rotherham.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and on summary
conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
