What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
We Winstons Coffee Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to the London Borough of Lambeth on the 21st November 2025 for the Grant of a New Premises Licence to operate a premises at: 412 Coldharbour Lane, London, SW9 8LF from which the following licensable activities are proposed. The Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption on and off the premises from 16:00 to 00:00 hours, Sunday to Thursday, 16:00 to 02:00 hours Friday and Saturday. Regulated Entertainment from 23:00 to 00:00 hours Sunday to Thursday, and 23:00 to 02:00 hours Friday and Saturday. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 hours Sunday to Thursday, and 23:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday.
Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at London Borough of Lambeth Community Safety Services 3rd Floor Civic Centre London SW2 1EG or on line at www.lambeth.gov.uk
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 19/12/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
