An application has been made by Bishops Avenue Property Limited to the London Borough of Barnet for a New Premises Licence for premises known as and situated at Riverstone Living, 56 The Bishops Avenue, London N2 0BE. The premises will operate as a luxury residential development with associated leisure facilities but will not be open the public at large. The application provides for the licensable activities of the sale and supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 8am and 11pm daily and the provision of films between 8am and 11pm and proposes conditions.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8359 7443 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at Community Protection (Regulation) Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue Colindale, Barnet, NW9 4EW giving the grounds of objection/representation by Friday 5 December 2025.
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
