What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

FRANCIS KELLY has applied for the VARIATION of a PREMISES LICENCE for Sandhill Cafe, 45 Sandhills Lane, Liverpool, L5 9XE for the following licensable activities :-

1. To amend the licensing hours for the sale of alcohol ON and OFF the premises on Monday to Sunday to 08.00 to 00.00

2. To amend the provision for regulated entertainment on Monday to Sunday to 08.00 to 00.00 

3. To vary the layout of the premises to include first floor.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application. Representations can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 20 December 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
