What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - Licensing Act 2003

We, UC Franchising Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at Urban Chocolatier, 389-393 Hoe Street, London, E17 9AP to:

  1. Permit late-night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 Monday to Thursday and from 23:00 to 02:30 Friday to Sunday.

  2. Permit the premises to be open from 11:00 to 02:00 Monday to Thursday and from 11:00 to 02:30 Friday to Sunday.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (except Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the above address or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 9th December 2025.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited), under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
