An application has been made by Magic Lounge Ltd for the Application of a Premises Licence, in respect of premises known as and situated at Magic Lounge, 11 Upper High Street, Epsom, KT17 4QY
The application contains a statement of the following relevant Licensable activities proposed to be carried out on or from the premises: The provision of late-night refreshments from 23:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday. The sale of alcohol from 11:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday.

Comments must be received by 9th December 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
