LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Flywheel Operations Limited t/a McDonald’s Restaurants has applied to London Borough of Sutton on 10th November 2025 for a new premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 168/172 High Street, Sutton, SM1 1NL.

The proposed application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00-05:00. Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register, online at www.sutton.gov.uk or in person at the address given below. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by post:- Licensing Team, London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA Or by e-mail: licensing@sutton.gov.uk.

Representations must be made by 8th December 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
