What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Zelgrain Limited has applied in respect of Four Thieves, 51 Lavender Gardens, London, SW11 1DJ for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to vary the premises licence to permit the premises to trade from 10:00 Sundays (currently 12:00) – Sale of alcohol and licensable activities on the ground floor on Sundays from 10:00 (currently 12:00); Sale of alcohol on the first floor on Sundays from 10:00 (currently 12:00); Festive Variation (whole premises) from 10:00 (currently 12:00); To also extend sale of alcohol on the ground floor only, Thursdays to 01:00 (currently 00:00). All other hours, activities and conditions to remain unaltered.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by end of 5 December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
