What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that Megabet UK Limited (trading as Jenningsbet) of 4 Simon Campion Court, 232-234 High Street, Epping, CM16 4AU is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Betting Premises Licence under that Act. The application relates to the following premises: JenningsBet, 12 Cameron Road, Seven Kings, Ilford, IG3 8LA. The application is to vary the layout of the premises licence as follows:

a) New location for the entrance door;

b) Reconfiguration of the staff counter;

c) Slight change to the Gambling Area to be licensed (small area to the front). Amended plans have been submitted as part of this application.

The application has been made to: Licensing Section, London Borough of Redbridge, Lynton House, 2nd Floor Front, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 1NY

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.

Any representations must be made by the following date: 7th December 2025.

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
